Working on an active airport meant abandoning many of our standard operating procedures. From equipment staging to communication protocols, every aspect of the project had to be adjusted to meet FAA regulations and ensure airport operations continued uninterrupted.
Our team demonstrated exceptional flexibility and project management, modifying workflows on the fly, coordinating around live air traffic, and maintaining safety without sacrificing productivity.
The Result
Despite the complexity and regulatory oversight, we safely completed the project on-time and within scope - delivering critical infrastructure upgrades while keeping the airfield fully operational.
