Discover Church

We were proud to partner with Discover Church in Pea Ridge, Arkansas, on a full-scale site development project for their new campus! This job included earthwork and underground utility installation to support the church’s growing congregation and involvement in the community of Pea Ridge.

Scope of Work

• Underground fire line installation

• Sewer line connection

• Stormwater drainage systems

• Underground electrical conduit installation

• Complete site earthwork and grading
  

Challenges & Solutions

One of the most complex aspects of this project was boring the underground fire line beneath Weston Street, a highly trafficked area near the local school district. To ensure safety and avoid disruptions, our crews worked around school hours when foot and vehicle traffic was highest. 

The project required additional flexibility as plan revisions occurred mid-build - which is something we continuously stay accustomed to doing with projects of this scope. 

Added Value

Our earthwork crew discovered existing on-site fill dirt that could be used as structural fill material. This decision alone saved the customer in material and hauling costs, which went right back into the church’s pocket.
